I’m a seasonal sportsperson, and over the years I’ve worked with different physiotherapists, but Centre Street Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic truly stands out. Mr. Jana understands the demands of sports and designs treatment plans that focus not just on recovery, but also on performance and injury prevention. On top of that, after a bicycle accident which injured my tennis elbow, he supported me through the entire recovery process and also guided me with the insurance and paperwork and gave physio exercises, which made a stressful situation much easier. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to recovery make him one of the best physiotherapists for athletes and active individuals. Highly recommended.
