I’ve had a great experience here rehabbing an ankle injury. I originally started with Janelle, and while she has been away, I’ve continued my recovery with Sally and Brendon. The transition was seamless with consistent high quality care. The team really takes their time with you, I never felt rushed, and they were always thorough and professional. On top of the great clinical care, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for personalized and patient-focused rehab!

I have had a wonderful experience working with Kalid. He has a background in jiu jitsu, so he truly understands the specific demands, injuries, and movement patterns involved in the sport. Instead of generic treatment, Kalid was able to give me specific recommendations that made a huge difference in both my recovery and mobility in jiu jitsu. He explains everything clearly, is extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you become stronger, more mobile and pain free. If you train jiu jitsu and need a physiotherapist who gets it, I highly recommend Kalid.

I am a runner and volleyball player, these two sports combined results in having atrocious knees. Since I was young, I always try to do a lot of work on my own. But this time, no matter what I did I couldn’t fix my first IT band syndrome. I came to the clinic begging for help because I couldn’t fix it, no matter how hard I tried. The staff at this clinic were super warm and welcoming. It felt like they all were good friends, and had great energy. Everyone said hi, and made me feel welcome even if it’s my first time. I saw Kalid as my PT, and right away I knew he was good. He diagnosed me and got to work right away with trying out different techniques. He’s an athlete himself so he understood load points, and common weaknesses very well. I highly recommend the team at Center North Physiotherapy. I have heard amazing things from my other friends who have been going to this clinic, and now I have seen it first hand. Easy 5/5 stars if you’re looking for kind people doing great work.

Super warm and welcoming clinic! The staff are very friendly and made the whole experience comfortable from the start. Big shoutout to Katie for taking the time to properly assess my injury. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush at all. Felt really well taken care of and confident in the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend!

I was pretty bummed out after tearing my ACL, but working with Kalid at Centre North Physiotherapy Clinic has completely changed my outlook. He’s so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that I actually leave my appointments excited to strengthen my knee with the exercises he explains so clearly (I seriously think my knee will be stronger after rehab then before it got injured!) . The whole clinic team is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. I also love that they have a great gym area you can use during your rehab! I will 100% be recommending them to everybody!!
