The office lady scheduled my appointment for a week late after emails stating the correct date. I took the day off work for.this appointment had to call and find out a mistake had been made they would be there promptly at 8 am the next week... they were not tech showed up 45 mins late with a coffee, after I told them I would stay up after a night shift for this appointment. Then the billing came called in promptly to pay the card was taken and numbers written down but apparently wrong then I received emails with wrong bill. I know trades people are hard to come by these days but save yourself a headache and wait for some place else.
