They are very reliable, and always prompt and punctual. I always see Erica the hygienist and I'm consistently satisfied with her work. I find Dr. Chan very professional, and I am always confident in Dr. Chan's assessment and treatment. The administrative staff are also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend anyone looking for dental care to attend this clinic.

I have been going to Central Park Dental Clinic for at least 23 years. In all this time, I have received exceptional care and treatment from all staff … from the front desk staff, dental hygienists, and dentists. They are a very warm, friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and dependable team that I know will take care of every aspect of the care I need. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of great quality dental care.

Exceptional dental care! From Mary Lou and the gals at the front desk , who are all friendly and knowledgeable , to my dear hygienist Erica who is the best! To Dr Chan . I think I have experienced all the staff! they are all! exceptional! so kind and caring ,gentle and professional. Thank you To a great team! Would definitely recommend !

My experience at Central Park Dental—especially my cleaning with hygienist Erica—was genuinely upsetting from start to finish. I left the office feeling unheard, dismissed, and honestly shocked at how little care or basic respect I received. I expect dental appointments to feel professional and supportive, but this was the exact opposite. Erica’s attitude during my cleaning made me extremely uncomfortable. Instead of making me feel at ease, she repeatedly made assumptions that felt judgmental rather than based on facts. It immediately set a negative tone, and the lack of courtesy throughout the appointment made everything worse. The cleaning was very harsh, with no rinsing offered in between. There was fear to communicate with her dismissiveness. This now forced me to take additional time off work to return for something that should have been completed in one visit. But definitely it won't be at this clinic ever and I suggest you should avoid as well. To make matters even more stressful, I kept getting daily text messages demanding that I reconfirm an appointment I had already confirmed. There is no basic services or good parking also available for such costs we pay. Walking out of that office, I felt frustrated, disrespected, and honestly a little disgusted by the whole experience. I expected proper care and professionalism, and instead I left feeling like my time, comfort, and concerns didn’t matter at all.

I've been a patient at Central Park Dental Clinic for over 25 years, and even though I no longer live in the area, I gladly make the trip across town for my appointments. The entire team is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Over the years, I've consistently received excellent dental care, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Central Park Dental Clinic to anyone looking for quality care in a friendly environment.
