Our dog Fox injured herself recently and we were pretty worried, but Dr. Sergii Glamazda was incredibly thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Fox is usually very anxious and fearful at the vet, but she did noticeably better with him than she ever has before, which says a lot about his calm handling. The front staff are also super friendly and welcoming. We’re so happy, to have found such a great clinic. Highly recommend!

Dr.Gupta and his staff are amazing. I have been to many veterinarians in medicine hat over many many years and I have never experienced such compassionate Doctor and staff. They really care about you and your pet. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you all again.

Dr. Gupta and the staff at Central are fantastic. I took my cat in for an exam and everyone was friendly, helpful, and willing to explain and answer any questions and concerns I had. We found out my little guy has tooth problems and they were very compassionate and thorough in their explanation of the causes and treatment options. I will absolutely be back and trust them with the health and safety of my pets. You can tell they really care about both patients and their owners. Thank you, Central!

Always thankful to have Dr.Gupta as my vet. I love the new location and the staff are fantastic! I am happy and stress free having such an awesome veterinarian to work with and my Purebred Poodle breeding kennel. Dr. Gupta is very patient and creates a calm environment for all pets! The best vet clinic I have been to in this city.Dr.Gupta is very kind and compassionate. Prices are very good. I switched over to this clinic for a second opinion on my sick elderly cat, although the outcome was not good, Dr.Gupta and his team were very supportive and understanding and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I really appreciate that Dr.Gupta takes the time to examine your pet along with you in the room and answer's any questions or concerns. I recently took my other cat who had a bad experience at another vet to see him and she was very calm and relaxed and didn't mind him looking her over.
