I am happy to have found this clinic near me. They are open 24h and the time I went with my cat and her eye emergency we were the only ones there. Any other emergency hospital would have been hours or wait time! The doctor was great and the prices are also excellent!

We had an emergency with our pet and the veterinarian and staff were incredible. They acted quickly, kept us informed, and treated our pet with such kindness. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier. We’re so thankful for their help.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and their entire team. They have cared for both of my cats multiple times in urgent and stressful situations, and every experience has been exceptional. My cat Leo has been treated here for ingesting non-food items (including a piece of a towel and even dark chocolate cake), for a fever that required overnight fluids, and for severe pain caused by an impacted hairball. My other cat, Miso, has also been seen for a fever with overnight fluids and medications, as well as for vomiting, where diagnostics were done to rule out anything immediately life threatening. Which gave me great peace of mind. What truly sets this clinic apart is their compassion and transparency. The doctors and staff communicate clearly, involve you in decision-making, and work within your budget without compromising care. I never felt dismissed or pressured, only supported. Dr. Bassi deserves special recognition for his excellent care and communication. He took the time to listen to my concerns and even commended me for knowing my cats so well and catching issues early, which meant a great deal to me. I trust them completely with my cats and am incredibly grateful for the care they’ve given Leo and Miso. Highly recommend!

Recently my dog ate some food that caused some kidney issues. he was throwing up white foam, then poo. he continued to become lethargic and he looked scared & in pain. he drank some water which his stomach rejected and he threw that up as well, shortly after drinking it. it was at this point that we decided to go to the animal hospital. we were worried and continued to call throughout the night to check up on him and the updates. the updates were informative and detailed. the nurse even let us say hello through the phone to mylo (our dog). the doctor & nurse were very supportive and we felt that our dog was in good hands. the doctor ended up doing an IV, x rays, & bloodwork. our dog was ready to be picked up 12 hrs later. we were provided medicine. our dog mylo was very happy to see us, he seemed a little shaken but who wouldn’t after spending a day in the hospital. he quickly regained energy when he came back home and he is on the mend. very happy with the service as there are very few vets & animal doctors that provide proper & gentle care.

I have gone to this animal ER a few times. My latest visit my dog had eaten chocolate. I called the clinic and advised them how much she would have eaten, her weight, and determined I should bring her in. They were very kind and helpful. My dog ended up being totally fine, they gave me charcoal to take home for her to drink and she was good to go. They did a courtesy call the next day to make sure everything went well which I thought was very considerate. 2 years ago, I came with my 21 year old cat for a sad farewell. Staff was very kind, and helpful. Overall, the staff here are kind, compassionate, helpful, informed, you name it. Attached is a picture of my pup after her vet visit!
