This company has zero safety practices. While replacing my roof they set up a generator directly in front of my furnace intake while my central AC was running causing my house to fill up with carbon monoxide activating the detectors on all 3 floors of my house. I had to ask them several times to move the generator and it took them 15 to 20 minutes to do this because they didn’t feel it was important. The fire department had to attend to set up fans to clear my house and reset the detectors and Fortis had to attend with special meters to ensure the carbon monoxide levels were safe before I was allowed back inside. I had to stay out of my house for an hour and a half. The fire department had a conversation with these roofers regarding safety, but I doubt it will do any good. I noticed that the bed of their work truck contained a jerry can full of fuel that was left sitting directly in the hot sun. I left multiple messages with the Centimark rep, Joey and he never bothered to call me back. I have no confidence at all in this company to do a proper job of replacing a roof when they don’t even possess basic safety standards.
