I have been at Cedar Valley Physiotherapy in 2011 for shoulder and arm pain. With two sessions the pain went away. Never came back. In 2018 I couldn't walk, I couldn't sit, my back and my knee ached so much. I saw Mark. After the very first session I felt great! I went three more times for follow up and until now , a month ago I had no pain, no problems. A month ago I started with pain on my right knee and lower back. I am still waiting for a result of an X-Ray. Last week I saw Mark. I I am glad to say that the pain disappeared. I didn't have to take pain killers. Today I feel like new! I am 74 and very grateful to Mark. His knowledge, his experience and his professionalism are to be commended! thank you to the Receptionists too. All wonderful people!

Had the best experience here this week! My sciatica came on really bad 3.5 weeks ago. My hubby recommended his Physiotherapist, Mark to me. I was tired of all the advils, tylenol's, and whatever else I could plow into myself to numb the 😢 pain. After meeting Mark, he immediately went to work on my pain. After some stretches, needing, and massage, I walked out almost completely pain free!!! I suffered for weeks, and to have all this pain and feeling depressed gone within 1 appointment, WOW! The office staff are super friendly and very efficient ♡♡ I told my husband I was going to buy the man flowers I was so relieved:)

Just had my first visit today with this physio and they are amazing dr nav was really great and same with the assistant . I had alot of relief from my lower back problems and sciatic pain . Would definitely recommend them .

My back has been a problem for me since the accident in 2009. I didn't think I would be able to walk or live my life with minimum or manageable pain. Thanks to Cedar Valley, physiotherapy, Mark, especially, was able to help me get my reflexes back, and has been continuing makes me feel better every time when I am in intensive pain 😢, and I want to thanks the beautiful receptionist, Sarah her smile and compassion, oh dear! And Orma voice, it's like ya in haven surrounded by Angels 😇
