I went to Ceder Hill laundry all the machines are out of service. If some are working water is extremely cold, and soap gets stuck to the clothes. If I use pods not good. Lots of staff working just collecting money, no one helping the customers. The owner has gone to India. Now every expense $0.25 for 2 minutes, dryer still cold

I cane back here after a few years , we'll What a mistake!! 8 dryer out of order and sone of the ones I used had to be hand helped to get it going than 1 dryer didn't even throw heat after 35mins ! As I was telling the lady worker she shushed 🤫 me!! I will never go back and it's dirty , machines are falling apart and they tape thongs to fix it they have tape in there dryers so the stickiness gets on your clothing! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! ALSO COCKROCHES ON STICKY PADS IN THE CORNERS AT THE BACK UNDER THE TABLES YOU FOLD YOUR CLOTHS ON .

I went to this place for years and the shift to new management at first was warm. When I was sidelined could hardly move and depended on poper service I got a few very disappointed things happen to my belongings. Told not to wash certain items they did any way and ruined things that were forty years old. The first time I let it go. Then the second time it happened showing lack of care. From switching services of the drop off I found they were way ovrr offer charging. This do to lack of professionalism.
