I had a great experience with Ben. He thoroughly evaluated my injury, checking not just my calf muscle but also my ankle and foot to understand the full picture. He clearly explained why the injury may have happened and outlined the best course of action moving forward. During the session, he used ultrasound and taping to help reduce pain and support recovery. He also gave me helpful tips for recovering at home, along with stretches that will really support the healing process. Ben was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and anyone looking for a great physiotherapist.

I sustained an arm injury in December and have been seeing Zac at Cedars on a weekly basis to treat the pain and restore functionality. In short, he fixed my arm with a variety of helpful treatments including exercises. I do not belive that I would have had such a quick and effective recovery without his interventions. He is a good person and I highly recommend his services to anyone who requires physiotherapy.

I've seen him for two sessions by now, and he's shown himself to be an exceptional professional and someone I can fully rely on. I walked in suffering from debilitating recurring sciatica that had previously put me in the hospital – I was in a terrible state, with my back and nerves in total disarray.
