I tried every other discipline available for my rather unique back pain but nothing worked. I had been suffering for many years and it was getting worse all the time. I was just about ready to “pack it in”; and then I met Gabe. I went from 0 to 40% better almost immediately and am improving all the time. Gabe is amazing at what he does. He literally changed my life! ** Back again…. I’ve had only four sessions with him now and my back is 80% better, it’s truly amazing what he’s been able to do in such a short period of time. Osteopaths are definitely the way to go - I highly recommend him!!

A year ago I went to Gabe with an almost completely locked jaw, barely able to put a spoon in my mouth or brush my teeth. After a few sessions, I got my full range of motion back. I am so grateful for the work he did, I went to see him thinking it could never get back to normal. Now, a year later with regular maintenance and my jaw is in better shape than it ever was before. Gabe is super knowledgeable, professional and kind. 100% recommend him!

Recently I had the privilege of meeting Gabe. I have been blown away by his incredible passion for what he does. His deep wisdom has provided me with valuable insights and my treatments have been an integral part of my healing journey in so many ways. There is no band aid approach but a desire to investigate and treat the root of symptoms providing true healing. He takes time to listen to my concerns and I always feel supported. An exceptional osteopath and it shines through with every visit. I would recommend family, friends anyone else to Gabe in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend both Annaka and Gabe for there intuitive, integrative approach to restoring overall wellness. Gabe has been my osteopath personally for the last five years, and part of my referral team for my healing practice. He has a beautiful balance of intuition and wisdom, which affords him the ability to view and understand the unique needs of the individual he is treating and the response of their body. His attention to detail combined with his curiosity makes for very personalized sessions with results that are held and integrated fully. He is the only osteopath that I trust with my own care and healing. Annie has such a nurturing and comfortable presence that provides such ease to open to her gifts. I love her combination of body and energy work and have always walked away feeling grounded, clear, calm and at ease in my mind, body, spirit.

Annaka and Gabe are both amazing practitioners. Annaka is truly the best massage therapist I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many). She thoroughly listens to your concerns and takes the best approach for your body. She’s strong and has an amazing sense for the human body. Gabe is an excellent osteopath, clearly very well trained and experienced. Knowledgeable and takes the time to look at the entire body rather than simply just your problem spot. This is a great way to effectively get to the root of the issue and improve outcomes for the patient. They work together so well as a team and we are lucky to have them in the community. I’d recommend to anyone !
