Sheena is the best! Months later we still have guests telling us how amazing our wedding photographer was - how kind, how helpful, how talented, and the list goes on. She captured the day beautifully, while also helping make sure the day ran smoothly. Our wedding truly would not have been the same without Sheena and we are so grateful to have such beautiful photos to remember our special day.

For the past 7 years, Sheena has been capturing much more than our family portraits. She's captured fleeting moments and core memories that, because of her incredible talent, we get to carry into the future and embrace for so many years to come. Our photo sessions with Sheena have never felt forced or posed, they have been thoughtfully directed, fluid, and authentic. In seasons when our children had no interest being photographed (essentially the past 5 years and still going strong. Lol), Sheena was incredible at getting them engaged and making them laugh. I'm in awe of who she is and what she does. Sheena is so much more than a photographer, her warmth feels like a long time friend that you can't wait to see again. We've already booked our next session!

I booked a mini session with Sheena to have some photos taken with my fiancée. We used the photos to create a little Save the Date to share with our family and friends. Sheena did such an incredible job! The photos were AMAZING and we got to bring our small dog to the photoshoot and incorporate her into it. Sheena's outfit tips on her website were incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be booking again!

There is no one I would trust more with my engagement/wedding day photos than Sheena with Cedar and Sand! I cannot say enough good things about her! To start, she is the kindest, warmest person and you feel so comfortable with her right away. My husband is very shy with getting his picture taken and she made both of us feel so at ease, we always have a blast shooting with Sheena, always laughing. My husband planned a helicopter engagement shoot and when the weather changed and things didn’t go as planned, Sheena was our absolute hero and went above and beyond to figure out a way to make it happen. She helped guide my husband through the whole process, even helping him decide what to wear for our engagement :) When it came time to pick a photographer for our wedding, I didn’t even hesitate, we needed to make sure Sheena was available. She truly cares so much about her clients and through our wedding season she became one of our favourite people. As a type A bride, she took the time to understand my vision and shot list for the wedding day and I will cherish our photos forever. Our sneak peeks came so fast, so we got to enjoy them on our honeymoon and the rest of our gallery came so quickly as well! We will always recommend Cedar and Sand! Her work is STUNNING.
