I went to them for Achilles tendon rehab, and from the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. Felicity’s expertise and genuine care made a world of difference in my recovery. This clinic and their practitioners are without question the most talented in their field, anywhere. After a full career in a challenging and physically demanding occupation, and playing multiple high level sports internationally, I have accrued a number of structural injuries and 5 invasive joint surgeries. Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Physio did not help. After an intensive 90 minute interview/assessment and 5 x hour long retraining sessions with Cedar and Sage's physios, I can easily say they are a cut above the rest. Don't waste your time elsewhere.

This amazing staff saved me from decades of accumulated back pain. I live in California, and visiting Felicity’s location was the best decision I ever made. Before venturing out to Victoria, I tried many options for relief throughout the States–including chiropractors, yoga, fitness training, prescriptions, etc. But only Cedar and Sage made my back feel like normal. Worth the trip!

When I lived in Victoria I went to Felicity first at a different location then her Cedar & Sage practice. I honestly cannot say enough good things. She has a very varied and holistic approach depending on individual needs. And Molly, her dog, is also so very sweet and kind. I now live very far away and I still recommend, and think back on Felicity, Bree, and Molly and the wonderful experience and care they all gave and space they maintained.

All staff is amazing. Felicity is the best physiotherapist and when Jennifer joins they will have the best physiotherapists in town. Jennifer saved my ankle and Felicity does IMS and cupping which helps my body tremendously. They all are wonderful and funny people too
