I am so satisfied with the CBI health in this location. My kinesiology Bindu , my OT Mian and my PT Tary they are not only very professional but vey kind and supportive . I got a lot of improvements on my back treatment. I feel so comfortable and happy staying here doing the exercises. I feel grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Great clinic! Both reception ladies are wonderful. I never had any problem with booking my appointments and I always felt taken care for. I had ring finger and pinky metacarpal fractures and my hand therapist Victor Paul led me through the gradual recovery, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and helped me regain function and strength in my hand.

I recently completely a WorkSafeBC rehab program at CBI Health Port Coquitlam. Everyone there was amazing - special thanks to Mian, Vic, Bindu and Terry. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable, and they created a program that truly supported me through my recovery from a back injury and encouraged me in planning for the future. I always felt heard and motivated, and the team’s professionalism and care made a real difference. My only complaint is the facility itself. Much of the equipment is old and worn, and the place is very dirty. The team is outstanding; the facility just doesn’t match their standard. Investing in regular deep cleaning and some equipment upgrades would take this place from good to exceptional.

My treatment with Physiotherapy through a Work Safe claim was effective, efficient, and professional. From the initial assessment to the final session has really been a positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks to Terry Low for setting me up to succeed.

Victor Paul is a fantastic hand therapist. Way more informative than my surgeon was. He took the time to explain the recovery process for my injury (severed flexor tendon and digital nerve repair in index finger), gave me tailored exercises on a weekly basis, and tracked my progress. With consistent work I am well beyond where I thought I would be a couple months later, with close to a full recovery of mobility and strength. He is very personable and makes sessions feel like a chat with a friend. I never would have expected to enjoy going to physiotherapy. To top it all off, CBI health clinic's front of house staff are so kind and accommodating when it comes to scheduling flexibility.
