Went here for a MDA for WCB. The lady at the front desk is exceptionally pleasant, organized, professional and kind. I saw 3 practitioners who are not CBI employees which went fine and were all on time. The last person I saw was the physiotherapist Ryan (or Ryon, sorry I don't have his card in front of me). He took his time during his assessment, was extremely pleasant, did a very thorough assessment, ensured that the testing he did was relevant to what I need to be able to do in my workplace and listened. The establishment is very clean and appeared to be running very smoothly.

I have had positive experiences with my physiotherapist visits but I am not pleased with their customer service (or lack of I mean). When you call the office it goes to voicemail and when I personally went to office there was no one at the desk except for a Virtual Assistant IPad thingy. And STILL no one responded so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure the physio fees from all the physiotherapists that work there could more than cover a human being to work at front desk.

My problem on my sciatic nerve slowly working in progress. I like how they assess me and do some exercises to help me with the pain that Im dealing with.

The staff at cbi health in north Battleford are professional and friendly they go beyond expectations to welcome and treat patients.special thanks to molly for helping me out with my neck injury.once again thank you cbi health stay safe.
