I came here post knee surgery for the return to work program. My experience was great everyone is very approachable and easy to talk to. The exercises I was given were perfect for getting my knee back to 100%. I would highly recommend this program for anyone that is questioning their ability to return to work.

I saw Thomas Southee for a physio appt in Dec, 2025 for my arthritic knee, he was very professional and thorough. He gave exercises to do and recommended a free yoga website to help stretch my hip muscles. I have noticed a big differencd if do the stretches before i ride my horse, i have wsy more flexability. He makes you feel very comfortable has a very friendly personality. I would highly recommend him.

I found CBI Physiotherapy Wellington Clinic to be a positive and successful experience. The entire staff at CBI are welcoming and professional. Physiotherapist Tom has credentials beyond, along with the knowledge and experience to aide you in reaching your physical rehabilitation goals. You are only as good as your team, Who is on your team?

Tom is a wonderful physio that I always recommend to friends and family. He is thorough and compassionate. I have returned to see him now for many years after injuries. He gets you functioning, gives you resources, and genuinely cares about the person sitting in front of them and is practical in approach. I can't speak highly enough about him and his practice!

Thomas, Sarah, Cheyenne, and Jordan have been amazing for me. The facility is great and there are a lot of machines and specific contraptions that suits individual needs. I think the sled is my favorite. I really appreciate the great conversations that I have had with Jordan. So much to learn!
