I graduated yesterday from rehab 🎓🎉. They had a different word for it I can’t remember that meant I’m all healed-up and don’t need them anymore. I broke my leg badly playing roller derby, spiral fracture of tibia and fibula, and had ORIF surgery (titanium rod and screws). The recovery was long but complete and the main challenge was getting joint flexibility back. Vipan was my therapist and guided me through the progression of strengthening and stretching exercises and diligently measured my progress so I could see the improvement week by week. Even my surgeon was impressed with my recovery. Woo! Thanks Vipan at CBI.
