Friendly, supportive staff, that either help push you when you want to give up, or are there to gently remind you that pushing yourself too hard won't help you progress. The personalities within the clinic are all A+. I was pleasantly surprised with the care I received while in clinic. I wasn't prepared for something so intense, with that kind of support from a physio clinic and its staff. The engagement and support with WCB and my employer were above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. I was overall, very happy with my experience. I would strongly suggest this clinic for anyone looking for help with strength recovery after an injury. Very patient, and very honest reviews in personal growth throughout the clinic, it helped with my mental state throughout the process. 10/10 would go again if I had to.

The team at CBI Courtenay was exceptional during my time there. I have been enrolled in their Worksafe program for 2 different injuries and in both instances was served very well. The knowledge of their team, flexible multi activity program, and client care are exactly what a person needing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services need. Highly recommend, thank you guys so much for all your help!

I had a great experience at CBI Health Courtney and the entire PT/OT/KIN recovery team helped me significantly with strengthening and mobility. I noticed a clear improvement in my range of motion by the time I finished the program. The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

The staff is awesome. Game day Thursdays are the best...especially Jenga. The staff even put together a potluck lunch on Thanksgiving for everyone which was so much fun and made the clients feel like family not just another number. Would highly recommend CBI Health as part of your health care. Not one staff member stands out better than the rest...they all are caring and wonderful. Thank you all for helping me on my journey to healing.

I had my rehabilitation program at CBI Health in Courtenay recently and no words cannot express how much I am grateful for their support and encouragement for my recovery. The rehabilitation team (Luke, Saskia, and Colin) works hard to ensure that I am getting the best care and treatment. You guys are the best! They are supportive and professional. The knowledge and experience they have is what makes them unique and valuable. I enjoyed my time there. It's a safe and positive environment. Also, kudos to their front desk staff for being accommodating and helpful.
