Dave is an excellent trainer and really knows how to motivate people. The gym is clean, well-organized, and has all the equipment you need. Dave gives personal attention, corrects your form, and pushes you to do better every day. I’ve seen real improvement in my strength and confidence since joining. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive gym environment
