Edited to respond to management as they refuse to answer directly after stealing. They never reimbursed me for the laser. I continue to reach out to clarify this with bank statements and requesting proof of their claim a refund was ever issued. They ignore me completely. In terms of it being a “senior stylist” she told me while working on my hair she hasn’t done fusion extensions in over a decade. Furthermore, the salon I went to to have them removed as they were hideous and not what we had discussed-could clearly tell the difference on the side she was working on. It took them several very careful hours to remove and I lost a sufficient amount of hair and it was left damaged. Do not use for this service!!!!! In terms of “aggressive” behaviour that is entirely false. Emotions were high as I was schedule to fly home for the holidays the next day and my hair was literally ruined. Voices were raised and expletives used but in my opinion most would have reacted similarly if they spent that amount of money to have their hair destroyed. I would never step foot in this facility and highly recommend others use extreme caution. I hope management decides to man up and acknowledge my outreach for the refund I was promised. This company has literally robbed me of over $1000 dollars. Worst experience of my life Staff was very friendly but they ruined my hair and I paid over $500 in laser treatments they refused to reimburse. Be very cautious. Never go to for extensions, the lady that claims she is a pro is good at color but is blind to extensions and had a “jr tech” working on half of my head. I had to stop the procedure less than half way through and was devastated with the results and had to walk out. Thankfully I did as the next salon was able to save my hair and remove the horrible job after FOUR hours. Can’t comment on laser removal as they only took my money and never had done. But note they will rob you as I’ve experienced and have had no momentum on receiving any form of refund for services that were never rendered.

I just had the most wonderful, deeply relaxing facial and I will definitely be coming back. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming. The facial itself was absolute bliss: thoughtful, unrushed, and incredibly soothing. My skin looked amazing afterward, and I left feeling totally reset. Highly recommend if you’re looking to truly relax and be taken care of.
