⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Catalyst in New Westminster. The space is clean, welcoming, and professional, and the whole team makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Sarah Ma is an outstanding RMT—knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She really listens to what your body needs and tailors each session to target problem areas while still making the treatment relaxing. I always leave feeling noticeably better and more mobile. Jessica’s FST sessions are next level. She explains what she’s doing, moves with intention, and creates real, lasting results. The improvement in flexibility and overall movement after just one session was impressive. If you’re looking for high-quality bodywork from practitioners who genuinely care about your health and performance, Catalyst is the place to go. Highly recommend Sarah Ma and Jessica!

I can’t recommend Catalyst kinetic enough. Excellent staff. I am seeing Tycson as my RMT and hands down the best RMT. Highly skilled, knowledgeable and caring. Gursevak and Eamonn are amazing and talented physiotherapist. My recovery is going great because of their efforts. Chlo Gilbert is patient, warm and compassionate person. I will highly recommend anyone who is looking for a professional, skilled and outstanding team for your recovery

Excellent multidisciplinary approach to health. The staff are all engaging, knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly. I've been seeing the Physiotherapist Gursevak and Kinesiologist Jess W. for frozen shoulder and chronic low back pain. The staff collaborate to ensure the best care possible and I've experienced incredible progress over these last 4 months. The location has elevator access to the upper level if mobility is a challenge. The gym for active rehab/personal training well equipped with lots of space to accommodate multiple sessions at once. The front desk always has at least one receptionist, if not multiple, available to answer questions and handle billing. I highly recommend this facility for both regular public and high level athletes!

I had a severe back and rib injury 6-7 years ago and was experiencing consistent on and off pain. Originally I had seen Dr. Trent Wittal who was AMAZING and lead me into a speedy recovery. After becoming re-injured years later I saw Dr. Bastien for prolotherapy and it has since been the biggest help in maintaining a pain free lifestyle. I have also seen chiropractors Dr. Petz and Dr. Jakeman who have also been so wonderful. Overall has been a 10/10 experience. I am so lucky to have such an amazing team of people dedicated to making sure I feel great. I have also seen the lab tech Andrea for IV therapy which has also been such a great boost in my overall health and well being ❤️
