From the moment I made the appointment and sent an email question, they were very helpful! They were clear on what was needed and prices were reasonable. I was worried l quoted an amount, and when I went to pick up my vehicle it was actually less! They were all very helpful, the place was clean, and everyone was courteous! I plan to return to work on the list of things.

Their customer service is great. Casey's did a thorough job. They included photos of found issues and quotes for repairs associated. I gave 4 stars because my brake fluid reservoir cap was left unsecured.

I recently took both of my vehicles to Casey's for routine service based on a recommendation from my father-in-law. Lucky and his entire team were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and very fair in what I was charged. I felt like I wasn't being sold up on additional services at all. If you're looking for a shop that's honest and fairly priced, this would be a good place to go.

I couldn’t be more thankful for their service and Felicia’s assistance. While visiting the area to support a friend in the hospital, my check engine light came on two nights before I was supposed to drive over 400 miles back home and the thermostats in my diesel pickup had to be replaced. Not only were they able work me in, they completed the work in one day, kept me informed throughout, assisted me with transportation, and a 2yr/24K mile warranty to boot; taking the stress out of my day and allowing me to still drive home the next day. With their very professional service, I’d use them in a heartbeat if ever in need and within the area again.

So incredibly Impressed!! …We took our car to 3 local (highly recommended) shops with no Luck. Ready to give up, we gave Casey”s a try… within a few hours, they had it diagnosed, fixed and ready to go!!! Absolute professionalism from start to finish!!
