I visited Casbah Day Spa for a birthday body treatment that included a facial at the end of January. The body treatment itself was great and the aesthetician was pleasant, but I had a significant allergic reaction to something used during the facial. I experienced burning and tingling during the treatment, and by the next morning my skin was red, inflamed, and painful. Almost a month later, my skin is still not completely healed. I have no known allergies and was never told what products were used on my face at the time of the service. I called in the next morning to let them know about the reaction I had, and was told someone would call me back, which did not happen. I called again the next day, as my skin was worsening- and I was told to come in for some samples that may help, and at that time they can let me know what was used on my face. I did go in- they still did not have any information about the products that were used (although the aesthetician who treated me was in fact there that day) and not one person assessed the reaction on my face. I was told there were no managers available to speak to me and just to use the cream samples they were giving me. The samples actually did not help, and made my skin feel worse. So again, the next day (now 3 days post facial) I call in again demanding to speak to manager. I was told because they were going through management changes, it's been hard to have a manager call me- but again, the girl at the front desk repeatedly assured me that I would be getting a call from a manager the next day. I did not receive a call the next day. Someone contacted me two weeks after my initial visit, I'm not even sure if she was a manager or not. I told her I felt this disregard for client care was unacceptable from a business that claims to offer luxury, personalized care. Allergic reactions can happen and I am not blaming anyone for that, but the complete lack of follow-up and communication is extremely disappointing, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on what was meant to be a birthday experience. She made a brief apology and repeated that she would follow up with the product information. At the time of writing this review, 3 weeks and 2 days after my initial visit, I have yet to hear back from anyone at the spa. All I needed was a simple phone call with the information about what was used on my face and a genuine apology. Instead, I have been ignored. Casbah Day Spa — you need to do better.

I received a gift card from my colleagues when I went on maternity leave in August 2024. I finally got the chance to use it! The "Signature IS Clinical Fire and Ice Illuminating Facial" was amazing, especially with all the little massages in between during the masks' rest time. Deepika was very lovely and professional. Although I went there by no choice of my own, I'll most definitely be back!! Thank you, Deepika :)

This was my first time at Casbah and the hydrafacial was thoroughly enjoyable with aesthetician Joley who was absolutely lovely. There was no downtime and my skin is glowing! Thank you Joley and Casbah Day Spa

Ive been to Casbah numerous times and can’t believe I haven't wrote a review! (Maybe im trying to keep it a secret for my own personal benefit!) 10/10 service, 10/10 luxury, 10/10 vibes. Would highly recommend booking in with Emily, her professionalism and good energy brings the service to the next level I promise you wont be disappointed! Ive had almost every service the spa has to offer with her and never been disappointed! Emily is one of a kind!

I recently visited Casbah Spa for the Refresher Facial with a Jelly Mask and Peppermint Neck & Scalp Treatment. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful and feels very luxurious. There is a lovely lounge area where you can relax with water or tea, and they even offer snacks like candies, cookies, and apples. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very kind, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. That said, the treatment felt a little shorter than I expected. My appointment started around 11:10 and finished at 12:00, so the full experience was about 50 minutes. For the price ($170), I had hoped for a bit more time or depth to the treatment. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and my skin felt refreshed, but I’m not completely sure I would return for another visit.
