First time at this self serve car wash as it is close to me. Didn't wait too long to get a spot and the place is clean and well maintained. Everything seems to be working fine, however the soap selection seems to not work properly. There was more water being dispensed than soap, no suds at all. Probably about 95% water and a tinge of soap expulsion. Otherwise, good location and lots of customers as this seems to be the spot for Self serve carwash.

Be careful during winter months. Upon leaving car wash, hit a patch of black ice around blind corner around backside of building upon exiting causing car to go straight into curb and damaging rim. First tried to warn attendant, seemed to be no one there. Manager returned call today, stated I took the corner "hot" after I said I would like wheel fixed. Then stated I should be lucky I didn't jump the curb and roll the car down the bank. Again, be careful at this location. Just to confirm to companies reply, my vehicle did not "jump the curb"......, it did not take time to "comb over footage", the phone call took 5 minutes and time of incident was provided and it was stated around 40 vehicles used the facility not 100 originally.

Class act - probably the best maintained carwash I've experienced in the Lower Mainland. Warm water, super foamy brushes, easy tap-to-pay system. Today I had the unfortunate luck that the machine in my bay died just as I was getting started. The attendant was easy to find and very helpful. He couldn't get it reset so I had to loop around to another bay. It was a bummer that I had to line up twice but they comp'd my whole wash and did everything they could to make the situation better.

Great place to wash the car. Dre was so helpful. He was always on the move. Making sure all stations are clean. I used auto car wash it great value for money.

Ludwig was super friendly, gave me a tour and explained for to use the bays and what worked best for what! Each bay was well cleaned, garbage cans were emptied and available to use, the option to pay with tap was nice as I used all my coins that day but they did have a machine for that as well. Reasonably priced, clean, equipment works well, and friendly staff! Happy to come and clean my car in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
