Edit: I kept the timer running, did not turn it off and never used a bucket. I sprayed it down quickly scrub my car and then sprayed it with soapy water and then rinse it clean same as you would do with the thing I was actually respectful enough to stop the water but not stop paying. I know how an industry works.I went to the car wash today with my dog who Absolutely loves just sitting in the car while it’s getting washed and is the only reason I pay for a car wash instead of washing it at home. As I pulled up to the car wash, which had empty spots and I didn’t have to wait it wasn’t that busy. I noticed another car decides to pull directly behind me as soon as I turn off the engine, guy obviously sees I have a rag, am just starting and I’m planning on spending a little bit of time on my car and it’s clearly dirty. I then proceed to spend less than 15 minutes on my car, washing it the same you would with the foam brush, but with a rag no wax no nothing, just soap and and water. i completely washing it top to bottom wasn’t even gonna dry it or anything and as I proceed to finish One of my last rims ready to leave car still wet, The one female attendant comes up to me and tells me that I shouldn’t rag wash my car while it’s this busy and sunny and should wash it when it’s raining. I was very nice apologized, even though I shouldn’t have to a car wash is a luxury if I want to spend 45 minutes washing my car I can I’m paying for the time you can either use a different stall or use their automatic car wash they have if your in a rush. I don’t know if this gentleman said anything to her because she kept walking up to his car and seemed to be chatting to him or if she decided to come out of her way just because I’m a young woman and wouldn’t say anything which I didn’t but wish I did. she came off rude and condescending, even after I apologized and said I was pretty much done. She told me to be considerate, even though I was and took under 15 minutes on my car, and I payed for a service I want it done well. With this all in mind A car pulled behind him and then pulled away, before she said anything which she saw and as I was pulling out, I realized that car behind him was now in a stall half done washing. While he was waiting for me to leave. The gentleman could’ve moved to a different stall, but chose to stay and wait behind me and watch me wash my car. Only reason for the 2 star is because the older gentleman that works there is super nice never had an issue but now I will never be back after over 2 years going there

Got the premium Lava Wash but the machine didn’t clean the car properly and left some streaks. Besides, the air dryer stopped working at 28 seconds, while it was supposed to work till 70-80 sec. Tried calling the number on their office but no one picked up either.

There is no reason to ever go to any other Car Wash. great prices. Staff is amazing. Lars and Lori keep the place spotless, they are always friendly and available to help. It doesn’t matter how far away I am I will always wait and wash my car here. Kudos to a most well run business and thank you to all the staff

I’ll give an example from what I paid so you know the pricing. I did 8-9min with the vacuum and it cost 8$. And I spent like 13-14 min in the car wash part and it said 10.50$ which I thought was pretty good. At the chevron down the road, it’s 8-9$ for 13 min. I liked how clean and organized this place was. I liked how you can pay from your phone. And that there’s no time limit and you can spend how ever long you want, and then click stop when you’re done. The vacuums are great. When you’re rinsing it’s warm water which is a nice touch. Unfortunately you can’t clean out your truck bed which kinda sucks. I’d say that was the biggest downside for me. Overall I had a good experience.
