He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure the job was done right. Considering the inconvenience of having damage done to my vehicle, these folks made it incredibly convenient for me. They worked directly with my insurance and rental company to make the experience super painless and pleasant, and they did a fantastic job repairing my truck. I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed all around with the service I received at carstar. I had fairly extensive damage to my truck and it looks brand new. Jacob and the rest of the carstar team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't thank y'all enough!!

I got rear ended and my insurance recommended CARSTAR to me for my repairs. Jason and Jacob are absolutely great at their jobs. Very kind, knowledgeable people. I didn’t have an expectation for a timeline for my car to be completed but it was finished much sooner then I thought. Jason, Jacob, and their team did an amazing job. The customer service is amazing!! Very appreciative and would recommend the company!!! My car is back to how it was, and even better. Thank you so much!
