Great service provided at this shop! I have now been twice with a hail and glass claim and both experiences have been nothing but excellent. They were efficient and set realistic expectations with repairs and know what they are doing when dealing with insurance companies.

I had to get some repair done due to front end of my Chevy Trax. I had never dealt with them before and I can honestly say they were great front 1st visit, receptionist on. I even was able to get a ride home, my car was finished in a couple of days, and I was notified by text at the steps they were at. I got a text when it was available for pick up. The are was immaculate inside and out, I did not expect them to detail throughout. Thanks everyone at Carstars,I will definitely go back if needed.

All I can say, from the moment I walked in the door I felt like a part of a family! No other vehicle repair and detail centre has ever made me feel this welcome. Today was my first ever visist to Carstar Okotoks and I will definitely be back again! I stopped in for a basic detail and the receptionist was super kind and lovely. I had to bring my pup in as I was between appointments and had to take her along for the ride (vet visit after). The manager sorry can't recall name was also great and I love that the office is collecting for the Okotoks food bank. The lobby super comfy and welcoming, I appreciated the coffee too. Really nice folks, great job on the detailing and super quick and kind. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and so great with my vehicle.

We were so impressed with Carstar. We couldn’t have asked for a better service after I had a run in with a deer. It took a little bit longer to get booked in but honestly it was worth the wait. The team were helpful, friendly and so efficient. I was especially grateful for the text service that informed us which stage of repair our car was in. The car looked as good as new when we picked it up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to Carstar in Okotoks after our experience.

Staff are amazing and went above and beyond beyond not only to repair my dented vehicle but help me out replacing my battery they were professional and courteous definitely a satisfied customer before and after pics
