Had a repair done a while ago and two years later there was bubbling in the paint on the hood. When I took it in to enquire they first told me it was likely my fault for using a wand wash, and then told me that to get warranty work done I would need the small warranty slip I was given at the time of repair. I didn’t have it so they said nothing could be done under warranty (even though they had all the details of my initial insurance claim on file).. I got my insurance company involved and they assured me that Carstat would take care of it. They had their paint expert look at it who agreed to pay for part of the repair and that they would get back to me when they figured out how much it would cost. I called a few more times with no calls back. The last time I talked to Carstar they repeated the car wash story, and I asked if I’d their warranty paint is meant to be inferior to factory paint. I’ve had a few paint repairs done over the years and have never had the paint bubble. They continued to avoid me and stopped returning my calls. So I wouldn’t recommend them and won’t go back. Edited to add after your reply: ball’s in your court, I called you guys so many times only to be left with the promise that you’d get back to me, and you never did. You have my number.

Not very happy how long it took to do the repairs, I think they need to schedule things better. I will give 5 stars for how polite Pam was throughout the process and the awesome job the person did detailing my car. The so called manager and adjuster were pretty useless!! Would not recommend or return because of them.

We had hit a deer on Bridge Drive in Lethbridge Ab. Our vehicle was taken to Carstar for repairs. From the very beginning of our interaction with them Carstar was very accommodating to our time line. We were constantly updated on the progress of our vehicle while in for repairs until it was completed. Our Rav had a white “pearl” paint which is extremely difficult to match but match it they did. We would definitely recommend Carstar for quality repairs.

CARSTAR did a very good job on my car. I am very happy with the repair. The staff treated me with respect and they explained everything to me clearly. They looked at the damage carefully and told me what needed to be fixed. They did not try to add anything extra. They were honest and helpful from the beginning. The repair was done with great care. When I picked up my car it looked perfect. The bumper looked new and the area they repaired looked smooth and clean. You cannot even tell there was any damage. The work is strong and the car feels safe to drive again.The team at CARSTAR was friendly patient and professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. They kept me updated and they finished the job properly. I appreciate their hard work and their attention to detail. I want to thank CARSTAR for doing a very good job. I will return again if I need repairs in the future. I will also recommend them to other people because they deserve good customers and good reviews.

Super impressed by this place. From day one right through to picking up my vehicle I felt at ease. They always kept me updated throughout the whole process and understood my needs. Everyone here is great to deal with. Very impressed with the work done to my vehicle. Would not think twice about using them again.
