Hands down the best autobody repair shop in Chilliwack. The staff here helped me through an incredibly stressful time following an accident. All of them were kind, respectful, and professional from day 1. Excellent communication, fast and timely service, and top notch mechanical work. My SUV needed major repairs, and it looks and runs as good as new! They even did detailing work at no additional cost; very much appreciated and I will maintain that standard. Admittedly, the interior was a mess as I work and play outdoors, often in nasty weather. I especially enjoyed the little Dino stuffy they left on the dash; I named him Ted after the owner. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone here. Highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs. Thank you!!

I’ve had multiple vehicles repaired here over the years, including work done on cars for my whole family, and every experience has been excellent. CARSTAR Chilliwack is fast, professional, and does top-quality work. It’s a local, family-owned and operated shop, which really shows in the customer service—they actually care and treat you like family, not just another number. Everyone at Carstar Chilliwack was amazing. They were able to get our vehicle in and fixed while working with our tight schedule, provide us with a curtesy car to accommodate our family, with great communication, and going the extra mile. My family recommended us to go here and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here as well after such a great experience.

Do not do business here! Does unqualified mechanical work and uses failed old parts. Left vehicle dangerously compromised and with worse damage before arriving. Work took 2-3 times longer than quoted eventhough it all had failed immediately after. Months!! Should get into icecube drying business to not harm people. Very disappointing.

UPDATE ICBC wrote my car off as a total loss AFTER this shops repairs to my 2019 $30,000 vehicle becuase this shops work was so bad. The shop was paid close to 20,000 for the repairs originally then the car was written off after ICBC inspected how horribly they botched the job. A win for the little guy after they treated legal action against me for posting reveiws.. bit please beware.. don't go through what I did.. 1 year later still trying to fix the mess and damage this shop.did to my 30,000 vehicle.. truly disgusting shop.. and they will threaten to sue you for negative reveiws.
