I booked Carpet Cleaning 360 as a surprise gift for a friend, and they absolutely crushed it! I was a bit nervous booking for someone else's home, but the Matt went above and beyond to make it a great experience. He did a fantastic job on the area rug and upholstery - both look (and smell) brand new. My friend has a cat, so those surfaces needed some extra love, and Carpet Cleaning 360 delivered. Best surprise ever!

This guy is AMAZING!!! Picked up my large $5,000 Persian carpet on Friday morning and returned it early Monday morning as promised!!! EXCELLENT JOB!!! Carpet looks like new. Two months ago I hired another local service to clean this carpet, and it was a mess with a bad chemical smell. At double the price!!!! Matthew has fixed it all and my carpet has never looked better and, with no chemical smell. I am so pleased. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend this guy. He is professional and he really knows his stuff!! His prices are the best as well. Pleasure to deal with and will always use his services and recommend him. Thank you so much Matthew!!!!

Thank you Carpet Cleaning 360! I wasn't sure my carpet was salvageable after our puppy was ill and had a few accidents. Matt listened to our situation and very confidently & professionally explained the products he would use and the process. I am so glad I took his advice. Now all my carpets look great and smell fresh. He was also able to work around our family schedule and came on time and was able to finish the job in the agreed upon timeline. It was my first professional carpet cleaning job and I was very happy. I would certainly recommend Carpet Cleaning 360 services and my puppy is very relieved that solutions can be found.

We recently used Matt from Carpet Cleaning 360 to clean the carpets in the back two bedrooms in our house and living room (pretty much everywhere our animals love to be!). Matt was courteous, clean, responsive, and worked around our schedule to come at a time that worked for us. When he arrived, we found him professional and far more thorough than any other carpet cleaning service we have hired. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
