I had a really great experience at Carousel Cleaners. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a zipper problem with my jacket and went there to ask about it. Other places told me the zipper had to be completely replaced, but the staff here took their time and patiently tried to fix it first. Instead of just saying it needed to be changed, she carefully worked on it and actually managed to fix it. I really appreciated the honesty and care.

Got a pair of dress pants hemmed. Great quick service, with delivery to Squamish included. Beautifully hemmed, great quality. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you!

Most importantly “green” dry cleaner… restored my treasures antique Berber cape and cashmere wooden sweater. I’ve been going here for decades and am never disappointed. Staff are super friendly and professional

I brought in a 3 items to be dry cleaned and one jacket to have the zipper fixed. It took a while for the correct zipper to come in, which is understandable. There was colour fading on the pants that were dry cleaned and some stains remained on one of my shirts. While the zipper was fixed on my jacket, another piece somehow detached and now there is a random cord hanging loose. The total cost was over $160 and nothing was said about the part of my jacket that they broke. I would have loved for them to repair what they broke, but now I don't trust them enough to have another chance with my jacket, as it was quite expensive. I'd recommend looking at alternatives in the north shore. My mom took her jeans in to be fixed here at one point and they wrecked those as well.
