I will never recommend, not even to an enemy. Cory, the same guy who does roofing in Swift Current also does rentals. I rented an apartment unit from him in Swift Current…very poor building maintenance. The worst part of my experience was that this landlord refused to return my damage deposit; I had to go to The Saskatchewan Office of Residential Tenancies and they were able to get my refund back from him. I do not wish this experience on anyone out there!

Excellent service, great finishing work and made sure all the old shingles were cleaned up from the complete shingles replacement

Carlson Roofing had been referred to me by 4 separate friends. I had 3 estimates and this business was the best . The reviews verify this. They are professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! AWESOME in every way . Thank you

Terrible experience. Roof leaked right after it was redone and took over a year to get Cory to come have a look. Fixed it twice and still substantial leaks. Very unprofessional crew and owner. Cory is a loose cannon and freaked out when asked if he was going to make this right. wont honnor warranty. Do not hire this company
