Review as an independent trainer. Pete, the owner, runs a tight ship and this place is top-notch. The gym fees are reasonable and they have a great system in place to support the trainers/clients. The equipment is in good condition, the bathroom/gym facility is always clean, has decent parking and great community vibes. If you are looking for a work environment where coaches take their work seriously, this is the place!

Pete and Shon are amazing trainers. Great facility that's clean and well kept. Non intimidating environment lets you focus on yourself and not your surroundings.

This is a very well equipped gym used only by personal trainers and their clients. There is plenty of space, it is very clean, and has a vast assortment of every type of fitness equipment.

Great space, easy to get to and lots of parking! Alex was fantastic, very knowledgeable and no doubt an expert! Enjoyed my time there and will continue to use this great facility for years to come - keep up the great work!

I have been training with Renee for more than 2 months, it is absolutely perfect and more than my expectations. Renee set up different plans for my training so I never feel bored and I am surprised with how my body has changed . Besides, the gym is clean and everyone in the gym is super friendly. Good experience overall💯💯
