I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa experience with Carmen at Capital Head Spa. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, rejuvenating, and therapeutic. Carmen was kind, warm, and very knowledgeable, she took time to assess my scalp, make thoughtful recommendations for improving scalp health, and never made me feel rushed. I also really appreciated how attentive she was with my curly hair, recommending suitable products and handling my curls with great care. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed and will definitely be returning every few months. Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with hair issues and found Capital Head Spa and Hair. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff friendly and attentive, and then I met Carmen, who is the most wonderful, kind hearted person you are ever going to meet. She is compassionate and truly cares for her clients’ well being. She greeted me with empathy, attentiveness, taking action to help meet my needs. The treatments she provides have helped me so much with my hair issues, as well as my state of mind. I continue to have positive results with continue maintenance. I honestly feel truly blessed to have found this place and Carmen❤️ and I know you will too.

Losing my mom was the hardest experience of my life, and in the midst of grieving, I also faced the unexpected trauma of hair loss and thinning due to hypothyroidism. I felt so overwhelmed and vulnerable. From the very beginning, Carmen was by my side—supportive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn’t just help me with my hair, she helped me feel like myself again. She walked with me through the ups and downs, always patient and understanding, and always reminding me that healing takes time. Thanks to her expertise and her compassion, I was able to find my way back to some sense of normalcy and confidence. I honestly can’t recommend Carmen enough. She’s not only an expert in her field but also a wise and caring soul who truly changes lives. There is no one better. 🫶🏼

Had my first Japanese head spa with Carmen today and I was blown away! From start to finish the experience was unhurried and relaxing. You can immediately feel how much thought and love that Carmen puts into her treatments and made me feel so comfortable. Her space is also very relaxing and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking an authentic head spa experience with a true professional ❤️ Thank you Carmen

It was the most amazing experience. First scalp facial, I was in absolute bliss, a massage ☺️ I've never been so relaxed in my life. My scalp, I thought, wasn't bad before going in (scroll for before and after) very beautiful spot. Very knowledgeable staff, gave me a manageable routine for home as right now I have a love/hate relationship with my hair. Will absolutely be back, and you can buy products online!
