I had a great experience with Canyon Plumbing. I had some plumbing work done by Amanda K. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain my plumbing needs. She was conscious about the home being new and ensured the job area was left clean. Her work ethic, honesty and help with everything was outstanding! I trust her and highly recomend her! I also had contact with Jeff, the service manager. He as well was friendly, patient, prompt with contacting me, and helpful in explaining my new home plumbing needs.

I had to have my furnace replaced last week. The whole Team at Canyon was wonderful to work with! I had a major time crunch and these guys were so fast, they delivered excellent, professional service! Special shout out to Darren and Carter! Darren’s 20 years in the business definitely showed in this Job. Carter, you’re learning from one of the best! You guys did an awesome job. Thank you so much! 😊

We had a great experience with Canyon Plumbing. Travis came out to service our older furnace that was making a strange noise. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was running properly before he left, which we really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Jeff in the office, he was incredibly personable, polite, and played a key role in getting everything set up smoothly. His communication made the entire process easy and stress-free. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Canyon Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest work. Thanks again to the entire team!

We had a great experience with Amanda K at Canyon Plumbing & Heating. She clearly explained the issue, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. The job areas were left clean, and the pricing was very fair. I would absolutely recommend the company and Amanda and we will use their services again in the future. Also, the person I initially spoke with at the office was very helpful. She took the information and requested pictures of the problem area. I received a callback within the hour to schedule an appointment.

I had an issue with the furnace and had Canyon come out. They got back to me the same day sent two techs, Darian and Dalton. They both were very respectful, took their shoes off. Were very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. They were able to fix my issue and offer me help to avoid any future challenges. Darian went over and above to fix something that I did not ask him. I was very happy with the customer service from both. I also got in touch Jason Bell at the office and he too was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very cared for from all 3 staff. This is why I am going to have Canyon come each year to do annual maintenance. If they have staff like this, I have nothing to worry about. Thank you very much.
