I have always gone back to Cody and Helena since they opened. They and their staff are amazing. Family oriented, kind, and listen to what you want. They focus on details and perfection. My girls were wee ones when I started going to them and now that they are middle schoolers, both LOVE CH nails and always want to go back. Highly recommend!

I have been going to C&H since they opened. I have tried other nail salons at Hillside Mall and surrounding area. This is my favourite. The staff are so wonderful, friendly, and extremely good at what they do. The space is clean. The staff clean the pedi chairs between clients. Love it! It's my go to place, every time I try somewhere else, I am also disappointed. Keep up the great work!

My go-to nail salon in Victoria! The staff are always kind, friendly, and super accommodating. The prices are amazing for the quality of service you get. A special shoutout to Tracey — she’s absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great nails, service, and prices

Went here with my mother and boyfriend. The staff are friendly and the nails are nice. I don’t know if I’d go back just because I’m not absolutely in love with my nails. 💅🏻 this isn’t my usual spot but I came with my mom as she goes there. I found I’ve had better designs elsewhere but maybe I could try it again with another design to see how that works. However, it was fun to talk with them and have a few good laughs. Overall, may or may not return.

Got a new set of acrylic nails (black) and one broke that night and a few had the polish peeling off. I went to get them fixed the next day and the staff seemed irritated with me, not friendly like the day before. Got 3 nails repainted and one fixed and ended up going back 2 hours later because they had air bubbles in most of my nails and all started to peel. I've never experienced this before with acrylics/gel polish. They weren't able to.fix them when I went back and were closed the next day so I had to wait s few days to get them fixed. This is now a week later, they make me pick a different color, so I do, but it is completely translucent and within one day I've had two nails come off. Staff were not friendly at all when I went back this time. Will not go back to this salon.
