Just had our flat roof done with a torch on and slope package. We are extremely satisfied with the professional installation by Scott. Scott thank you for your hard and diligent work. Dealing with Colan to get a quote was very convenient. Our roofer, Paul, was very knowledgeable about his craft and handled his production team respectfully and professionally. We own one unit in a four unit townhouse and not everyone wanted to do their roof at the same time. Paul came up with a great solution that placed a barrier between us and the neighbor and made it look great with some flashing. We had a little bit of rot in the sheeting and Canclad repaired it without an upcharge. The job was delayed a little bit due to weather, but Paul did a great job of getting the job done promptly once they got started.

Exterior siding repair & complete deck rebuild - Paul rebuilt my deck by himself from practically the ground up in only a matter of days, including a customized built-in bench and railing. Repairing a prior contractors mistakes isn’t an easy feat, Paul truly went above & beyond. Took the time to listen to my questions, concerns & suggestions with dignity & respect. His craftsmanship is impeccable. He takes the time to make sure the job is done right, is professional and extremely detailed. Very skilled & talented woodworker. The repair to my the exterior siding was done seamlessly. Takes pride in his work, arrived on time, did a great clean up after the job and ensured the end result would exceed my expectations.
