Busy Bee is fantastic! I recently took my favourite, winter, down jacket to be repaired and dry cleaned. It had a giant tear in the hood. They did an impeccable job! It looks brand new! I am so grateful for their talent and attention to detail. Also, you can expect to be greeted with warmth and kindness the moment you walk in the door. I have received wonderful service each time I go. Thank you!

I needed a down comforter and pillows cleaned so I took them in to Busy Bee cleaners close to my home. I checked out the online reviews and like all businesses there were both good and bad reviews. They quoted me reasonable prices and said it would take 3-4 days as it was the day after a long weekend and they were very busy. I was very surprised to get a text message late on the day I brought them in, that they were done. The results were fabulous and the comforter and pillows were completely white, fluffy and the few minor stains and yellowing was gone. They looked like new. The service was friendly, efficient and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend Canada Way Busy Bee cleaners to anyone requiring dry cleaning or laundering service.

Just received my first completed dry cleaning order using their 24hr smart lockers. Implementing this service is going to be life changing for me considering i get off work very late and can both drop off and pickup my orders through the 24hr lockers. Thank you for doing a great job 🙏

I am disappointed with the alterations I asked for. I asked for 2 more button holes for my new overalls. The holes are not big enough to fit a button through. Not sure if they even checked before stitching. And the stitch is very messy. So now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been a loyal customer for forty plus years. I’m done with Busy Bee. I paid $37 to have a lightly soiled dog bed cleaned and it came back exactly as it was when I dropped it off. When I pointed it out to the manager, there was no accountably for a job not completed to my satisfaction. Only the explanation that it was washed twice. I appreciate that labor and cleaning costs have gone up. This was clearly pointed out to me. I suggested a compromise where I would pay half the cost. This was turned down immediately. If a dry cleaner can’t clean an item — and won’t stand behind their work for a job they are unable to satisfy— it’s unacceptable and very disappointing. So much for good old fashion “customer service”. I hope the $37 was worth loosing a loyal customer over.
