Love this pool. Kids always have a blast. A bit busy on the weekends. But we'll worth it.

My son has been in swimming lessons for the past month and I want to say how amazing his instructor Addie is. She’s super kind and patient with all the kids. You can genuinely tell she loves her job and working with the kids. We couldn’t be happier that she is our son’s instructor. Thank you for being a rockstar!

Change rooms are absolutely disgusting. Especially the family change rooms! Right from the entrance where you take your shoes off the floors are not only extremely slippery but there's dirt, and hair everywhere. I've even personally seen a trail of blood smeared on the floors. To the point I either carry my children or tell them to wear their shoes. The change rooms and floors should be cleaned every hour on the hour with the amount of foot traffic this place sees or at the very least provide something to use to wash the floors down in the change rooms like a bucket. This isn't a difficult concept considering the amount of money put into upgrading the aquatic center only to have to stand in other people's body hair to get changed into dry clothes. Besides that the pool itself is decent but for the size of Kamloops you'd think they would be able to offer more options for swimming lessons somewhere else that doesn't involve cutting the hours of public swimming.

The most disgusting change rooms I have ever been in. No buckets to clean the floors. The hours for public swim are crap. Staff are the fun police. Will do anything but fix the actual hazards like the slippery floors and biohazards in the change rooms. Age limits on the diving boards are ridiculous. Not an age issue when it’s payed classes using them. Spent all that money on a kids section that no one asked for and no one uses too. Real disappointment all round.

This was a huge well-equipped pool with a seating area for adults to watch their children as young as three take their first swimming lessons. There were several groups of kids kids age 3 or 4 each with their own instructor. It was a beautiful building but I did not see more than the pool. They even had Lane swimming with lots of room left over.
