I consistently receive excellent service from the reception team, the hygienist, and Dr. Yeung. They take the time to keep me well informed and demonstrate genuine care and attention to my dental health. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking professional and attentive dental care. The location is also very convenient, with ample parking available.

The hygienist was very kind, she did take her time to do her job. This time my gums were not hurted or bleeding as some other times. Very happy.

Hello My Mother had an appointment today at 10 am . She is over 90 years old . She does not drive . I drive her to her appointment. I live in west Richmond, Cambie dental is in east Richmond. As yiu can imagine the traffic is terrible. When we arrived, we were told the appointment was canceled months before. I was never contacted at all . They said they texted me the cancellation. I replied I did not get a text . They said so sorry. I asked why the appointment was canceled, they said the dentist schedule was changed. The next available appointment would be two weeks from now . This is not the first time this has happened and I am sure it will not be the last time it will happen. Be aware of this dentist!

I did my dental cleaning here. Erica did a very careful and thorough work. She also taught me how to properly use floss. Very happy about service here

Erica ,Our hygienist was very patient and very gentle with us and explained everything in detail to my wife and I while she was looking after and cleaning our teeth She is amazing. It’s an amazing place our dentist office Erica suggest that we get a water pic water flosser ( we already have one) Kate The front desk receptionist is amazing and very, very nice. They have a sonic toothbrush on display. Give us a pamphlet explained how it worked. We could do a better job with this toothbrush to help us with our health of our teeth excellence suggestion So we went to purchase one at our local SHOPPERS DRUG MART on Cambie Road in RICHMOND. If it wasn’t for our dentist office, we would never know about our sonic toothbrush our dentist office is amazing and they truly care about our dental and teeth Health. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist. You should go to their office. They are the best. It is an amazing place and I am very happy that my wife and I have chosen this office.
