This is my first google review because this was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a cleaning and check-up — my first since finishing orthodontic treatment — expecting a thorough visit. During the cleaning, the hygienist actually cut my lip. It wasn’t deep, but it stung and was clearly avoidable. When I mentioned it, she responded with “Oh, I'm scared now” and then rushed through the polishing in about five seconds. It felt careless and dismissive. And yes, I paid the full cleaning fee. Because it had been a while since my last visit, I also had X-rays taken. When the dentist came in for the exam, she looked at my teeth for maybe 10 seconds and said “Looks good!” and left. She didn’t review the X-rays with me at all. The whole appointment felt incredibly rushed and unprofessional. Recently I switched to a new dental clinic. They requested my latest X-rays from this clinic, but when they arrived, only the left and right images were included — the center X-ray was missing. How does that even happen? Was it never taken? Was it lost? I paid for a full set of X-rays here and ended up needing to retake the center one at my new clinic. I didn't post feedback after the appointment but I cannot stand it. I truly do not trust this place and would not recommend it.

I had a great experience at Cambie Broadway Dental. Dr. Parisa Pezeshkfar was very professional, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable during my examination. The clinic itself is extremely modern, clean, and beautifully designed you can tell they really care about creating a welcoming environment. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I recently got my four wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience with Dr. Ross at Cambie Broadway Dental. He walked me through the procedure multiple times and was extremely attentive throughout. Everything went smoothly and the recovery process has been good too. Highly recommend!

Both my husband and I have had a wonderful experience with our dental treatments - we felt very comfortable Dr. Parisa is professional and caring she is exceptional and her team are courteous. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Parisa, and I can’t recommend her and her team enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, friendly, and seamless. She took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions, her knowledge of Invisalign is impressive. I always felt well cared for and in expert hands. The front desk staff were also fantastic, always welcoming, organized, and professional. I’m extremely happy with my results and so grateful for the experience.
