Terrible and horrible staff. Worst service ever. I was there just a minute ago and the lady who was going to do my nails said she do not know how to do the gel nails but telling me to go for acrylics because she cannot do the gel nails. I told them when i booked the appointment i told them and now she said the people who know how to do it are busy today and do not have time to do my nails. Then the staff started talking in their own language and ruining someone special day is worse. I will not recommend them. They are terrible and so disrespectful. Their behaviour towards customers is not appropriate. If i could given less stars i would have gave them negative. reviews to them.

Took my husband and I for pedicures today. Something off with how staff treating us with pedicures. Pushing feet around, rough treatment. I asked the lady doing my feet, "have you been busy today?" She said no. I said "oh, just wondering, as you seem rushed and it doesn't feel like quality pedicure." I was trying to be empathetic, but she wasn't really interested, then started speaking to other coworker in their dialect. My husband and I normally like our pedicures. We don't mind the increased pricing, and we tip generously, but today we did not tip. Poor customer service, no regard for needs of clients. Time to find a place that cares about the customer.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service. They actually fixed one of my nails that had ripped off (hence the photo), which I wasn't going to have them do but (I can't remember his name) was really reassuring and the whole set turned out beautiful. Top 3 fave sets I have ever had. They still look and feel great a week later. I'll be back next time I'm in town ♡ thank you ♡

They were able to get us in same day for French gel manicure (by Lon) and extensions and gel polish (Denny). Good covid procedures. Used warm water for soaking fingers which was nice. Very speedy, good quality manicure. Very satisfied. Would recommend.
