I have a home business and this was last minute request as my dogs got into the mud, and my living room was covered in paw prints…and I had clients coming over the next day!! Not only were they able to come in last minute, they did a fantastic job! The time and effort they took was appreciated, and I will definitely be using them again!

I booked them because we were dogsitting for a friend and the dog stayed just in the living room area. I mentioned that just the living room needed cleaning. I was not told that there's a 4 hour minimum, and that they would not do anything else, even if it took 3 hours. I assumed I would get my moneys worth, with the main focus being the living room. They charged me for 4 hours, for 2.5 hours of cleaning, when clearly they could have cleaned the rest of the house as much as allowed with the extra time. They did not since the company told them nothing outside the living room. So I paid extra for nothing. Very shady practice. They also did not clean the windows in the living room, or clean the standalone carpet since apparently the company has those done by other teams. I ended up shampooing the carpet(just a 6×8ft carpet) myself. I used the service as an emergency and this was not a good experience due to their policies combined with their pricing strategies. Will not be using their service again.

We booked Calgary Trusted Cleaners for a move-in clean and carpet shampooing. Firstly, the cleaners showed up over an hour late for their scheduled time, which affected our scheduled movers arrival as well. The carpets were soaking wet after the shampooing and there was dog hair from the previous owners coming out from the carpet when we took a brush to it. The carpets have smelled like mildew ever since the were cleaned. The move-in cleaning checklist described services like cleaning the inside of the dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine, and cleaning the vents that were in reach. I have attached photos below to show that these appliances were not cleaned. When I reached out to the company, they reluctantly agreed to come and redo the carpets after much pushback. It did not help, and likely made the situation worse by soaking the carpets again. When I sent pictures of the appliances that were not cleaned, the company stopped replying to my emails an has not been in touch since. We paid $1300 for the cleaning and shampoo and it was an absolute scam. Would NOT recommend this company.

I booked this company for a deep cleaning service, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The cleaners were over an hour late with poor communication, and they stayed less than two hours for my 1,400 sq. ft. home. While the cleaning was decent, it was far below the standard of a deep clean, with dirty baseboards, a sprayed but unwiped oven that left baked-on residue and many checklist items were missed, including vacuuming under furniture, dusting light fixtures, and cleaning walls, and I had to spend two hours of my own time addressing these issues. I was shocked to find out after the clean that items such as vacuuming under furniture was not included with the service, this was frustrating to find out after multiple attempts to try to schedule a walk thru ahead of time to talk thru my expectations but this was not able to be accommodated and was provided with a check list of items which many not completed. I was offered discount, which I didn’t feel was fair for the service, and my card was charged for an amount I did not authorize. I cannot recommend this company for anyone expecting a professional or thorough service

It has taken me long time to write this review, but I wanted to make sure to warn others. We hired Calgary Trusted Cleaners in October for a full move-in clean of our new (to us) house. A service that cost over $500. The list on their website of what the clean entails was comprehensive and made us feel that it was worth it, as did talking to the person who originally set the appointment up. I was 6 months pregnant and my boyfriend had just had surgery and we wanted to make sure the house was ready for us to unpack and start living. Unfortunately we did not have that experience at all. Our house was disgusting when we moved in and we had to have our friends help us clean the entire house again after paying over $500 to have it cleaned already. Because we moved in that same night and didn't have a choice. The pictures are just a few of the ones we had time to snap, before we had to clean so we could move in. On top of which - it says on their website that they will call once the clean is done and we are able to inspect it to make sure everything was done. We were NEVER called and instead our credit card was charged without our knowledge before we ever got to see our place. To put it into perspective - the house was 100% empty when they did the clean, so most of what was on their list - emptying cupboards and cleaning them and putting everything back did not even have to be done, because they were empty. And, many of the services they offer - we didn't need as we didn't have There were so many things that were NOT done, it's hard to list them all. Over 75% of their list was NOT done. Basically it looks like they came in to our house, moved a couple things around to make it look like they cleaned and left. They didn't even empty the one garbage can that was full....even with explicit directions (on top of the fact that it's supposed to be done according to their service agreement). I was very clear in the beginning that I wanted the EMPTY house to be fully scrubbed down as I was 6 months pregnant and my boyfriend has just had surgery so we were unable to take care of it ourselves. We trusted this company to do the job they were hired to do. We trusted them to clean as per their own checklist and standards and yet nothing was done. When I contacted the company - they offered to have someone come back - NO THANKS, not after the horrible job that was already done. Plus, we had made it very clear that we were moving in that same evening. So we couldn't have someone come back again while we were moving in. When I asked for a refund, I was told that we still had to pay $150 to cover the cost of the hours they worked because they contracted the clean out to another company. I reluctantly paid, so as not to have to deal with this company again. But we should've been refunded the entire amount, no question. It is not our problem that the company they contracted didn't do the job. It is up to Calgary Trusted Cleaners to deal with payment on their end - not to rip off their customer to cover their own costs. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I would NEVER hire this company again and would be very weary of spending hundreds of dollars. It was a very stressful time for us already and they made it worse not better. *** edited to add - I think it's pretty sad that the response form the business included "regarding the content of your review, the information doesn't seem to be correct" - they have done this on any negative review they received. I have all the emails between us that show the content is exactly correct. Maybe just take the opportunity to learn and treat your customers better and lose the ego. And for the record - your company (as per your policy) did NOT contact me after our house was 'cleaned' - that was a huge part of the issue. Your response at the time (against your own policy) was "Unfortunately we are not available to follow up with every client but would have been happy to address any problem if they were brought to our attention sooner." BAD BUSINESS PERIOD.
