This is the second time I hired Calgary Lock & Safe first was for rekeying a lock last summer (quoted and charged less than a major competitor). I didn’t hesitate to contact them a couple weeks ago when the lock on my front door was hard to open. I called them early afternoon (before 1 pm) the dispatcher advised me I’d receive a call back shortly to schedule a technician to come out. I received a call back within 5 minutes and they were able to have a technician come out same day before 5 pm. The technician called me and arrived at my home before 2 pm. He was pleasant to deal with and get my lock working smoothly again. Incredibly fast, quality, reliable and courteous service. I highly recommend Calgary Lock & Safe.

From initial inquiry, follow up questions, customer service, product selection, project management and delivery/installation, the team is fantastic to deal with. Friendly, responsive and attention to detail. Special shout out to Olivia and Teresa on the office front, Jake PM'ing and coordinating my job, Michaela on scheduling and both Jesse and Darian for the install, making sure I was fully satisfied and comfortable with the equipment operation!

The technician opened my safe in under two minutes! Fast, skilled, and professional. She was courteous and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. It took some time to find the right hardware that suited our needs, but the end result was excellent! Highly recommended! Braedan did an excellent job and put an incredible effort in letting our doors/locks impeccable. And their phone customer service is also very good. More and more I try to give preference to businesses that don't throw me into an AI or let me hanging on the phone for long periods of time. They answer the phone all the time and sufficiently fast. (Update) We also need to thank Steven (I hope I spelled the name correctly) for taking all measurements and specs for the hardware we needed. Great craft and attention to detail as well.
