We were visiting the area earlier this week and I called the salon to see if they could book my daughters for manicures. They fit us in right away and my girls were delighted - one got a design done that she had her heart set on, and the other had a pretty colour polish. I asked if I could get the foot massage treatment done while waiting, and they also fit me in - it was a relaxing treatment I also recommend. But what I can't say enough about the nail salon is that when I realized the next day, at 6:20 p.m., that I might have left my jacket hanging on their rack and I called to see if it was there, they told me it was and I could pick it up the next day. I said we were leaving for the airport at 5:30 a.m. and was anyone still at the salon. They said no one was there, but someone would go back to meet me and let me retrieve it. I drove straight there and two kind staff members returned to open the salon to give it to me. I tried to give them some money for returning on their own time to help me out, but they wouldn't take it - they said they only hoped that we would come back to the salon when we visit the area again. Which we will! Amazing customer service on top of the great treatments we had the other day. I can't recommend enough!

These nails were specially for my prom! Lucy did these ombré acrylics, and they lasted so long. Lucy knows what she is doing!! The service is great and surely a salon of calm vibes. All the nail artists are so sweet:)

I've discovered a hidden gem in the world of nail salons, and it goes by the name of Cadboro Bay Nail & Spa. From the moment you step through the door, the professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail are palpable, setting the stage for an extraordinary nail care experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the extensive selection of polishes. Whether you're into classic hues, trendy shades, or daring neons, they've got it all. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to assist in finding the perfect color. I came here earlier this year with damaged over-filed nails and flaky cuticles, but over time their nail care knowledge and services have kept my nails healthier than they have ever been before. Even better, they have impeccable skill in nail artistry (I regularly see Ivy and Min, but the other girls have the talent as well!). Sometimes I bring design ideas, and sometimes she does, but every time I leave feeling happy and beautiful. It's evident that the technicians here take pride in their work, showcasing a level of craftsmanship that's hard to come by. This is cemented by the fact that I rarely get a chip, even after 3 weeks with a gel manicure! The nails themselves would last longer but I can’t have nails too long for my work. I've also had their pedicures, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail extends to their pedicure services, leaving my feet feeling pampered and looking fabulous. The salon maintains the same high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in every aspect of their services. Aside from the top-notch services, what truly enhances the overall experience is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the kind, genuine, attentive team. Their warm demeanor and enthusiasm contribute to making each visit a delightful and enjoyable escape. In conclusion, Cadboro Bay Nail and Spa has become my go-to destination for all things nails. Whether you're a nail art aficionado, like the simple classic styles, or someone seeking a relaxing pedicure, this salon ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR OWN WELL BEING. My Daughter recently went to touch up my eyelashes, as I visited her out of town. She took pictures and proceeded to tell me my eyelashes were in HORRIBLE shape. The few times i came here, they never removed the outgrown lashes (which i thought was weird) My daughter explained that lashes must be removed when outgrown or the weight becomes too heavy for the tip of the natural lash and breaks. As you can see my eyelashes are blunt as if they’ve been cut, that is the breakage. They were also stuck together, ripping my natural eyelashes out. In the 3rd picture you see how outgrown the lash is, my daughter had to take them all off due to them being so outgrown (i was there 2 weeks ago) These techs are obviously not properly trained and judging by reviews, never take outgrown lashes off. If you’ve ever come here i suggest you go elsewhere for an assessment of your natural lashes.
