Super frustrating. I booked twice for an appointment, once was cancelled 25 minutes before my appointment and then I rebooked for 2 weeks later and was called and cancelled on 1.5 hours before my rescheduled appointment. Super frustrating that as a customer if I had done this I would be charged fully for my appointment but the business doesn’t offer anything for doing this not once (which I could let slide) but twice in a row. I have a new baby at home, so both times I have had childcare organized and they have been in their way, I’ve pumped bottles for while I’m gone, and had to call and cancel care. Really frustrating that the “door only seems to swing one way” and all I am offered is a, “sorry for the inconvenience.” Definitely feels like they think their time is more valuable. Update: the owner personally phoned me to apologize and figure out a path forward. She went above and beyond what I expected. I will be going there to get my hair done this week! Very impressed!

Best nails I’ve ever had in my life. The quality is 100/10, Ayana is always so careful and pays insane attention to all the details and making sure I’m 100% happy every time I leave the salon. Everyone is always so kind and chatty, I even had my own personal welcome from the owner! Genuinely could not recommend this amazing salon to anyone MORE!! Whether it’s nails, lashes, hair… every service exceeds expectations tenfold.

I had Shane, and he was fantastic! Very professional, conversational, and did a fantastic job helping me with the soreness in my back from hockey. I'm not one to typically go for a massage (second time), but it was a great experience. I'll be going back and requesting him every time, if possible because he was great. Great facility too!

I surprised my mother with a visit here for her birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. We both enjoyed the Bliss package, which included a massage, manicure, and pedicure. My massage was relaxing, though lighter than I typically prefer as I’m used to very deep tissue work. The pedicure, however, was absolutely wonderful—the care and attention to detail were exceptional, and my feet were left baby soft. I don’t usually get manicures, but it was a nice treat to have my nails shaped and finished with a clear polish. My mother raved about all her treatments! Overall, a really special way to celebrate together.

Always a great experience at cactus club. Kristen has helped my hair get back to what I like and it was a process due to another salon’s rather serious error. So thankful to her ! We also wanted to thank the whole salon for their incredible service with hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding party. We had ten people in and out in a couple of hours ! They worked like a well oiled machine and helped make the brides day extra special. Thank you !
