I needed an electric company to replace several outdated fluorescent fixtures in my home. I contacted C & J Electric in Airdire about doing the job. They told me they could do the replacement and gave me a date and estimate cost for the job. Marc came at the appointed time and I am VERY satisfied with the results of the new LED fixtures. When I need an electric company in the future I will not hesitate to contact C & J electric. The staff were friendly and they thanked me for choosing there company.

And, they followed up with us consistently throughout our project process. This company overcharges based on "services" you did not agree to and were not disclosed to you. I was surprised that my invoice was almost double what I had expected based on what I explained to the best of my ability to the receptionist, Courtney. After receiving my invoice and calling C&J about it, Courtney's response was "well if you don't pay we are going to call collections and take your house away." She was very rude and I truly hope she learns how to talk to people. The manager, a guy but I'm not sure his name, was much more calm and even apologized for Courtney's behavior. Courtney will be the downfall of this company...
