Fantastic customer service, Melanie and her staff were very professional and I appreciated being able to pick up my items the next day; other place I have to wait a week. The staff ensured all items were counted and included and it was very convenient that our credit card was on file; made for easy transactions. Busy Bee is definitely my go-to cleaners! Cheryl E

I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. I brought in a new white jacket for professional cleaning. It was in perfect condition before. After their service, the filling inside was completely damaged and missing in the back, the jacket became lumpy, and it is now unwearable. There was also black residue all over the jacket and stains on the sleeves. When I came to pick it up, I was shocked by the condition and did not even take it home. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the manufacturer and refused to compensate for the damaged jacket. They only offered to refund the cleaning fee. I paid for a professional service and received a ruined item in return. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this place.

What a pleasant experience to go into this shop and be greeted with a smile and a "how may I help you." Being a first timer, I left Busy Bee with a gift certificate and a gift and my article well cleaned and presented beautifully. Thank you Busy BeeCleaners.

I have been a loyal customer of Busy Bee Cleaners for years. I have to say, the recent changes under new management are remarkable! They offer the best dry cleaning service I’ve ever encountered! From start to finish, the experience has been top notch . The staff are so friendly and professional. They handle every garment with care . I will continue to take all my dry cleaning there . I recommend you do too .

I would not recommend this company and suggest going elsewhere. They completely ruined my linen-blend curtains, which were labeled dry clean only. I brought them in with just a few small tomato sauce stains, and they came back looking much worse. There are now oily patches all over the fabric, one panel is noticeably lighter than the other, and they’ve shrunk by about six inches. They look terrible — had I known this would happen, I never would have brought them in. Now I have to replace all the curtains in my dining and living room because these are completely ruined. I’ve added photos to show how shrunk the set of curtains are compared to my other ones in the house. They also ripped the curtain.
