This is a customer service issue and unfortunately I didn't have the time to be running after these guys as they ran as fast as they could away from the customer. Careful once you pay these guys, you will never hear from them again if any issues arise. My parents needed some minor updates done to their tar and gravel roof. No leaks to fix but a few things needed updating to get a little more life out of it. All seemed good when Wally showed up and did an assessment. Working with any roof without replacing the entire roof has its risks, I get it. That said, after their work my parents are out 8K with water pouring through the door jam to the bathroom entrance making it a dangerous situation especially for elderly parents. They did come back and found an area they thought looked like they missed. It unfortunately didn't mitigate the incoming water. I sent emails and the last reply was that Wally the owner would get back to me. Nothing. I ended up tarping the roof (in photo) until I can get another company to come. Great marketing online and they did a decent job adding the new drain spouts but when it comes to customer service this business feels like a fly by night. Be aware.

Burrard Roofing were here last week. I found Cody and his team very professional. Work was done on the roof and the installation of 2 skylights plus cleanup was completed on time. I would recommend Burrard Roofing to anyone.

Needed to replace a part of our roof. Burrard Roofing was recommended to us by a friend. Wally responded immediately, assessed what had to be done, gave us a reasonable estimate and, a week later, his excellent crew, headed by Tien, did the work. So far so good and we trust it will last. If you need a roof repaired or replaced, you can trust Burrard roofing.

From estimates to timeliness to cleanup Burrard Roofing was great. The crew worked hard, communication was very good. We would highly recommend Burrard Roofing to anyone looking for a super experience. Cody Chapman was very reliable, honest and punctual as the project manager.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Called about a leak in my Tar & Gravel roof and Wally the owner showed up the same day to have a look and get me a quote. In the meantime, he even sent over his crew to put a temporary tarp over the leak the same afternoon until they could install a new roof. Their price was very fair and I had others in the industry vouch for their work as references. Once I gave them the go ahead they showed up the next dry day (a week later) to start the work . Their crew of about 8 finished the bulk of the reroofing in one day and finished the final flashing trim the following day. They took away all of the old parts of the old roof and left everything cleaner than before. Their entire team and subcontractors were all super friendly, honest, professional and communicative. Wally the owner came by regularly throughout the project to make sure everything was going well and even did a final inspection at the end. Michelin Star Customer Service. They are Worksafe registered and took all safety measures. Such a refreshing, pleasant and seamless experience 👏. We’re going to have them back in the spring to do our deck.
