I was extremely satisfied with the service I received here. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and very patient throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank my hygienist, Sandrine. She was incredibly kind, guided me through the entire process clearly, and demonstrated great skill and professionalism in her work. I truly appreciate the care I received.

had such a great experience at Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist! I had my teeth cleaning and an Invisalign consultation, and everything went so smoothly. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the dentist was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team! 😊

This has to be one of the best clinics I have visited in Vancouver. The front desk staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The booking process was easy and fast. My doctor, Dr Shradha Naik was detailed about my diagnosis, explained to me in great detail everything I needed to know and my treatment plan. My hygienist Randeep was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions with patience, and was very meticulous in my cleaning, did not rush me at all and had such great attitude throughout the entire appointment. I have been hesitant in going to the dentist for a year and half now, but choosing this clinic has made me look forward to my next appointment as I know I will be in good hands. I will be referring more people I know to this clinic, if you are in between deciding clinics, just pick this one and save yourself trouble. The clinic over all is very clean and they have really advanced equipment. Also, bonus points they have a tv hung on the ceiling- so you can keep yourself entertained especially if you’re an anxious dentist visitor- which I haven’t seen at other clinics. Will be back soon 🫶

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care I receive every time I come here. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, making my visit a comfortable experience. I was particularly impressed with the thoroughness of the examination and the clear explanation of the treatment plan. My teeth feel healthier, and I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Sasan and his assistant Kelly are absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Sasan is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients’ well-being. Kelly is equally amazing — she’s friendly, organized, and makes every visit run smoothly. Together, they make an excellent team and create a positive, welcoming environment. I always leave feeling confident in my care. I can’t recommend Dr. Sasan and Kelly enough!
